"We", "us", "our" refers to byzhub.tech, the operator of Test & Tag Pro.
"The Service" refers to the Test & Tag Pro web application available at byzhub.tech and any related tools and documentation.
"Subscriber" or "you" refers to any person or business that creates an account and uses the Service.
"Content" refers to all data entered into the Service including client records, equipment data, invoices and any other business information.
Test & Tag Pro is a cloud-based software platform for Australian test and tag businesses. It provides tools for client management, equipment testing records, AS/NZS 3760 compliant tag generation, invoicing and retest tracking.
We reserve the right to modify, improve or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a rolling monthly basis. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. GST will be added at checkout.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card details. By providing payment information you authorise us to charge your card on the recurring billing date.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
We offer a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial period.
The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. At the end of the trial period you will be contacted to arrange continuation. No charge will be applied without your explicit agreement.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
The lifetime ("Buy Outright") purchase provides access to the Service for as long as the Service is operational, subject to these Terms.
Lifetime purchasers receive free updates and improvements for 12 months from purchase date. After 12 months, major version updates may require an upgrade fee, which will be optional — the version at time of purchase will remain available.
In the event that the Service is permanently discontinued, lifetime purchasers will receive 6 months notice and a data export. No refund is provided for discontinuation occurring more than 12 months after purchase.
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time by emailing support@byzhub.tech. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.
On cancellation your data remains accessible for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
Refunds may be provided at our discretion where there is a significant failure of the Service. Any refund requests should be submitted to support@byzhub.tech within 14 days of the issue.
All content you enter into the Service remains your property. We do not claim any ownership of your business data, client records or any other content.
We will not share, sell or disclose your data to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Data is stored on servers located in Australia. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining adequate backups of any critical data.
Test & Tag Pro generates tag templates and testing records in a format consistent with AS/NZS 3760. However:

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
